By installing or using Altik, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English; read them once, decide whether you're comfortable.

Service description

Altik is a Figma plugin that classifies UI components and generates production-ready states (hover, focus, disabled, error, loading, etc.). The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the engine deterministic and high-quality, but we make no guarantee that generated output will exactly match your design system requirements without review.

Accounts

Identity is your Figma user ID — there is no separate Altik account. One subscription is tied to one Figma user ID. You may not share Pro access across multiple Figma identities.

Pricing

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal — accessible from the plugin's "Manage billing" link. Your Pro access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months. If you experience a payment dispute, contact us first; most issues are resolvable.

Promo codes

Promo codes are subject to availability, may have expiration dates, and may have per-user limits (typically one redemption per Figma user ID). They are non-transferable. Promo codes do not entitle you to a refund of any prior payment.

Acceptable use

We may suspend access for accounts that materially violate these rules. Refunds are at our discretion in suspension cases.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

Altik is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

Placeholder: Founder to fill in jurisdiction (e.g. "These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.") before going live.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and surface a notice in the plugin. Continued use of Altik after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
